Anonymously uploaded photos are public domain. That means that there are no rights reserved so that they can downloaded and used by everyone.
Photos uploaded by Members
Photos by members are owned by the members themselves and can have different copyright models from "some rights reserved" to "all rights reserved". You can see the copyright notice on the right side on each photopage. By default all member photos have an "attribution" copyright. We use Cretaive Commons for all license models (except "all rights reserved" of course). Members can set a default value for their favored copyright model or can change that individually on certain photos.
